We aim to present product descriptions, colours, dimensions, and photographs accurately. Handmade items may have small variations that do not affect their intended use.

Products and customization options are subject to availability. If an accepted order becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid where applicable.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when Packé accepts the order and sends confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for a clear reason, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address.

Check names, contact details, selections, and delivery information before submitting. Contact us promptly if something needs correction.

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before confirmation. The payment methods currently available are those displayed at checkout.

If an electronic payment is unsuccessful or reversed, the order may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid when delivered.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a fixed date. You are responsible for providing a complete, accessible address and a working phone number.

If delivery is delayed or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly. Your statutory remedies for late or non-conforming delivery remain available.

You may request cancellation before dispatch. After delivery, the exchanges and returns policy applies, including the statutory 10-working-day withdrawal period for eligible distance purchases.

Personalized or made-to-order goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind withdrawal, but this does not affect rights relating to defects, damage, hidden defects, or an item that does not match the order.

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse content.

Packé names, visuals, product designs, copy, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. No commercial reuse is permitted without written approval.

We use the information you provide to process orders, deliver products, prevent misuse, handle customer-care requests, and meet legal obligations. We limit access to people and providers who need it for those purposes.
